Welcome to Round 4 of Interclub - COME N TRY day for non-members

Due to the recent COVID-19 restrictions some of our events have been rescheduled. We are now inviting non-members to join us at our Interclub 4 event. This is a great opportunity for non-members to experience our club competition for just $10 fee.

Interclub is a series of 12 competitions that run throughout the Summer Season where participants earn points for their clubs in their designated age categories. Athletes aged 12 through to 60+ take part and accumulate points for their club as well as striving for personal bests, national qualifiers and the fun/social aspect that comes with club competition!

COME N TRY events are non point scoring events and are popular for participants who want to try athletics or do a few events without having a membership. Members are still required to wear club uniform and rego numbers. Athletes aged 12 through to 60+ can take part 

All track events and some field events are seeded so you compete against athletes of similar personal bests.

How do I take part?

1. Enter online before 11.59pm 3rd December
2. Check-in is required for track events in the Function Room. Field events athletes report to the offcial at the event.
3. Atheletes must scratch from events 45minutes prior to start of competition
4. Arrive 1 hour before your first event, collect your bib and head to your clubs designated area
5. Access to the stand is limited due to physical distancing rules
6. All athletes must sanitise their hands before entering the track/field of play.
7. Visit the event site 10min prior to the start of each event
8. Track athletes must sanitise hands before adjusting blocks and touching the start line
9. Please exit the track ASAP after your event
10. Field athletes must sanitise their hands before handling equipment
11. All persons entering the SA Athletics Stadium are required to scan the QR code. If you can't scan QR Code manual sign in is available.
