Join us for Athletics SA's first event of the 2023-2024 Summer Season!
The Season Opener is the perfect way to start your athletics season or try the sport for the first time!
Being a Summer Series Event, it's a fun, welcoming, non-point-scoring event - a popular way for athletes to kick start their season or for those who have never tried competition running, jumping, throwing, walking or rolling before.
2023-24 Competition Bib numbers will be given out on the day.
Athletes of all ages can take part! All track events and some field events are seeded so that everyone can compete against athletes of similar abilities.
*You should receive a confirmation email on registration. If you have not received an email, your registration may not have gone through, and you won't be placed in your event.
