PARA SEATED THROWS MASTERCLASS
Come along and get the chance to learn from Gordon Talbot, the Coach that made the seated throws chairs we use in SA, and Oceania Record holder Dayna Crees

Training
There will be a short 15min break after the first hour of the session.
While this is a coaches masterclass, athletes and parents are all welcome.
