STATE 10000m CHAMPIONSHIPS

Join us as the state's best distance runners compete for the title of 2022/23 State 10,000m Champion in Open, U20, O35 and O50 age groups. This event is also the SA Masters Athletics Club State 10000m Champioship. All athletes over the age of 35 will be eligible for both Athletics SA and SA Masters Championships. 

This is also an add on to Running SA's Recreational Running Series with members given discounted entry to the event.

TIME: 8:00AM - Race 1 - Mens U20, Mens O35, Mens O50, Womens U20, Womens Open, Womens O35, Womens O50, Men Open PARA

           9:00AM - Race 2 - Mens Open

BIB COLLECTION & CHECK IN: Bib Collection and Check In will both be setup in the function room for this event. All athletes will be required to Check In no later than 30 mins before the start of the race. Please check the Start Lists to check your bib number for the event. 

WORLD ATHLETICS SHOE RULE: World Athletics Shoe Regulation will be enforced for Open and U20 State Championship events. If an athlete competes in non-compliant shoes, their result will be listed as exhibition and the athlete will not be eligible for State Championship placings or medals. Other age groups will be encouraged to comply with this rule.
