It may be that you just wear something red and green! Maybe a costume of some sort!? How about a hat or antlers?? whatever it may be...we want you to join in! All you need to ensure is that your competition number is visible. 🎅🏻🦌
The Bar, BBQ and Canteen will be open and the sound system will be cranking the Christmas carols!🍻🎶

Athletes aged 12 through to 60+ can take part
All track events and some field events are seeded so you compete against athletes of similar personal bests.

- Access to the stand is limited due to physical distancing rules.
- All athletes must sanitise their hands before entering the track/field of play.
- Please exit the stadium as soon as your warm down is completed.
