10:00am - 3000m Open Womens Steeplechase - 9m 30s Qualification Standard
10:30am - 3000m Open Mens Steeplechase - 9m 30s Qualification Standard
10:00am – Shot Put
11:00am – Javelin
12:00pm - Hammer
COST: $20.00 per athlete
