BACK TO STATE TEAM HUB

The 2019 Australian All Schools Championships will this year take place in Perth, Western Australia. 1000's of Australia's best Student Athletes will represent their respective States and challenge for championship medals and team points.

ELIGIBILITY

• Age categories for Able Bodied Athletes are U14, U16, U18
• Age categories for Para-Athletes Athletes are U16, U18
• Age categories are determined by age as at December 31st 2019
   

SELECTION

In order to be selected into the Australian All Schools Championships Team, Athletes must compete at the VIVA SA All Schools Championships held 26-27 October 2019.
Athletes also need to:

• Be a member of Athletics SA and an affiliated club
• FIRST ROUND SELECTION: 1st and 2nd in each event will gain automatic selection
• SECOND ROUND SELCTION: Final selection will then take place with the below format filling all spots where possible.
  As per Athletics Australia’s Entry Rules we will take the following:
  - Under 14 two athletes per event
  - Under 16 four athletes per event: where at least two must be U15
  - Under 18 four athletes per event: where at least two must be U17
  - Para athletes: two ambulant and two wheelchair per event in both U16 and U18 age groups
   

REGISTERING

First Round: Athletes who place 1st and 2nd will receive an information pack. They are required to process their registration, including a payment in full for the championships. Registrations open at 9am Monday 28th October 2019 and close at Midnight on Sunday 3rd November 2019

Second Round: Athletes who meet selection criteria will receive an email invitation to register on Monday 4th November 2019 by midnight. Registration closes on Sunday 10th November 2019 by midnight.

RELAYS

EXPRESSION OF INTEREST.
All athletes within the 2019 Australian All Schools Championships team are eligible for relay selection. Athletes that express interest will be expected at the Training sessions on the below dates. Relay Team Managers will determine the relay order at the training sessions.
 

* Team Levy: Includes Athletics SA Admin, Team Management and Medical Costs.

UNIFORM REQUIREMENTS
Compulsory Uniform is – Competition wear (Singlet / Crop, Shorts / Bunns / Bike shorts), White Polo, Walkout shorts. 

The uniform can be purchased online at - https://vivaglobal.com.au/collections/athletics-sa or in person at the VIVA Global shopfront at 14 Desmond Ave, Marleston. 

VIVA has provided a sizing kit that will be in the function room on the 9th of November and the 16th of November at Interclub. To ensure that the right sizes are bought when purchasing online, we strongly encourage you to try on the uniform provided. 



RELAYS
This form is only an expression of interest. Athletes that express interest will be expected at the Training sessions on the below dates. **All athletes must be registered members of Team SA before expressing interest in the Relay teams** Relay Team Managers will determine the relay order at the training sessions.
