ELIGIBILITY & QUALIFICATIONEligibility and qualification for this Australian All Schools Athletics Championships is achieved through competing in the VIVA All Schools Championships. **Note: To be eligible for the State Team, athletes must hold a Silver or Gold membership with an Athletics SA-recognised club. AGE CATEGORIESThe age categories for the 2024 Australian All Schools Athletics Championships are:
Athletes MUST turn 12 in the year of competition (2024) to compete in these Championships. |
ATHLETE INFORMATION & ENTRY**Note: Acceptance of positions by the 1st and 2nd place getters positions must be done before 9am Monday 4th November. For the Australian All Schools Athletics Championships, it is the responsibility of the athletes and coaches to manage their own accommodation and transport to the Stadium each day for the competition. Please also find the Athlete Agreement and Medical form below. You will need to indicate you have read, and will abide by the Athlete Agreement as part of the registration process. If there is medical information you feel we should be aware of please fill in and return the medical form to development@athleticssa.com.au Athletes who are interested in participating in a relay at nationals can express interest via selecting the tick-box in the entry process |
UNIFORMState Team uniforms can be purchased through Athletics SA's official supplier VIVA Global Teamwear. The minimum requirement for our State Team uniform is the competition kit (top & bottoms) as well as the State Team polo. Refer to the Technical Regulations for uniform requirements as they differ for open and under-age athletes. SA athletes should wear their Athletics SA walkout polo to the stadium and when not competing. When competing, athletes should wear their competition tee/singlet/crop top with Athletics SA tights or shorts (depending on whether in track, throws or jumps events).
